We spent 4 days last week on a vacation trip with some friends.
They have 4 boys and the ages of their kids match up with our kids perfectly!
We had a blast together and are so thankful they have been a part of our lives these last 2 years.
We didn't want to spend the majority of our time driving, so we agreed that our destination would be Kelley's Island on Lake Erie.
We divided up the kids for friends to ride with friends and we headed North.
Our first stop was the lighthouse in Marblehead, Ohio
We arrived too late to climb to the top of the lighthouse but the kids enjoyed climbing on the rocks and the beautiful view all around.
And let's face it, just about anything you do with your best buds is pretty awesome!!

After we were done exploring around the lighthouse we headed to the Ferry to take us to Kelley's Island. It was about a 1/2 hour ride and one of the highlights of the trip.

After we got our camp all set up, we sat down to a yummy dinner!
