My wonderful and talented sister added some bling to Lilly's boring black ballet outfit.
I love these pictures she took of the final product!!

Wingback Chair

This chair was given to me years ago.

At IKEA last weekend, I bought curtain panels in the AS IS section.

And. . .

Breakfast Date

A princess ready for her date.

Her Prince Charming.

My sister made Lilly's dress.
She made it out of a bride's maid dress from my mom's wedding.

Daddy & Lilly enjoyed a delicious breakfast,

a ride on a horse,

and a long train ride.

This little Princess LOVES going out on a date with her Daddy!
And this Mom, LOVES the moments of helping her get ready for it!

Braided Rug

I made a braided rug for the Princess' room.

If you want a braided rug, just buy one.  The price you will pay, no matter how much, will be worth it!   This was not a fun project at all!  In fact, it took me YEARS!

In the end, I was so tired of seeing it sit undone that instead spending more time sewing it together,
I glued it!
I think the glue gun might be the best invention ever!

What they made.

One of the things I love best about Christmas is all the creativity.
We have an AMAZINGLY talented family!!

My sister made the kids this fort kit.

Inside it was filled with all these fun things!

The kids wasted no time in putting it up!

And while inside the fort, they got tatoos.
I am blaming their Aunt! :)

Every week in the month leading up to Christmas, my sister invited the big boys over to her house to work on presents.  They gave some amazing presents!

Ben made Lilly a microphone stand out of pvc pipe.

Peter made Lilly a few things for her dollhouse out of clay.
A clone baby, cup of coffee, donuts and a banana.

And he also made a blueberry pie, which is cooking on the stove right now.

Aunt Tammie, made Lilly a princess crown out of lace and glitter.

And she made these for the boys.

She painted 1/2 the boys favorite character and 1/2 their face.
So cool!

My other sister in law, eteched a glass jar and filled it with yummy cookies!

Ben sewed this snowflake onto a bag for me.

Peter made me candles.

Ben drew pictures onto an art bag for Pete.

And my sister made clothes for Lilly.

AMAZING!!!

Fun with felt

I found some fun things on Pinterest this week.
Then I found some felt.

Tea bags for Lilly's kitchen.

Pizza for my favorite chef to cook up!

Goldfish for a snack.

Wrapped up and saved for later. . .

Don't be too impressed.
I did it while I was sitting next to Henry at school time.
I found it helpful to have something to do with my hands while he was supposed to be working.
It kept my mind off of how frustrated I was! :)

Hair Accessories

And Black Widow needed a belt to make her costume more real.

But it wasn't real enough, and we broke out the red kool-aid.

(And then I sent her to my moms! I know, I'm a great daughter.
I let my mom experience so many things a Grandma wouldn't normally get to do,
like washing kool-aid out of hair.) :)
