In case you are wondering, the answer is dish soap. The amount needed will depend on the amount of Vicks smashed on top of your child's head. For us it was 12 rounds of lather and rinse!
(If you have followed my blog for even a short amount of time, I'm sure you can guess the person responsible for this. )
