The Excavator Is Here!!!!!

We are so blessed to have our dear friend Nathan redo our porch this summer. And by redo I mean completely rip the old one out and rebuild it. He spent Monday with a jack hammer in hand for 8 hours!! Today the excavator came and dug up 1/2 the yard!!
The kids were in heaven! They sat atop their playset for hours. I put a canopy over and just brought snack out to them.
They were screaming, "The excavator is here! The excavator is here!"
I am thinking of hiring an excavator to come once a week for the rest of the summer if the boys are going to be that still for that long!!!!

This is down below where the porch was. That open door goes to our basement. We are going to wall opening off. The upper left corner is our front door.
